Change, Pause, or Cancel

Request a plan change, a pause of up to 4 weeks, or a cancellation. Our team confirms every request by email before anything changes on your account.
Cancellation policy: cancellations must be submitted 7 days before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for partial months. Unused account credits are forfeited on cancellation.
