Tell us about your dog to get started. A few basics are required, and the rest of the profile is optional so you can go as deep as you like.

Your dog's profile

The required basics (name, breed, birth date, sex, vaccination status) get your dog started. Everything else is optional and helps us care for your dog well. You can finish any section later from My Pets.

What happens next

We set up the profile.
Your dog appears in My Pets within one business day.
Send vaccination records.
Current records are required before the first visit. They live on your dog's Medical tab.
Book the first visit.
Once the profile is live, book daycamp, boarding, or training from Reservations.
