Where do I find my dog's pupdates?
Open Pupdates in the menu. Each report card follows your dog through their stay, with photos, focus areas, and notes from the training team. New pupdates appear at the top.
How do I book a stay, day, or service?
Go to Reservations and choose a new booking. Pick the service, dates, and your dog, then submit the request. The team confirms availability and you see the status update on the same page.
Where can I see my dog's training progress?
Open Progress to see PD360 scores by category and skill-by-skill stages. Stages move through Teaching, Reinforcing, Proofing, and Maintenance as your dog advances.
How do I manage my membership or billing?
Your plan, included days, and credits live on Membership. Invoices and your payment method are on Billing. To change or pause a plan, message the team and they will take care of it.
How do I update my contact details or notifications?
Open Settings to update your phone, email, and how you would like to hear from us. Keeping your details current helps the team reach you about your dog.
How do referrals and account credit work?
Share your link from Referrals. When a friend enrolls, you both receive account credit to use on any Partners Dogs service. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.
